What is Ultimate Reset? A way to feel, look, and be healthier. It's a 21 day cleanse. Beachbody provides the supplements, a meal plan and cooking DVD, and an online support portal. You get to consume at least 1,500 calories a day which separates this from other cleanses like Isagenix, "master" cleanse, or HCG diet, which are essentially starvation diets, and by the way, this is not a gimmicky colon cleanse like you have heard about on the radio. But what this takes into consideration is the fact that there are approximately 1,000 new chemicals put into commercial usage every year, and more than 3,000 chemicals are currently used in the U.S. food supply. What Ultimate Reset does is gently, and gradually remove toxins and chemicals in your body that have built up over time. In fact, the American Cancer Society states that 75 to 80 percent of cancer deaths are linked to environmental factors like toxins.

Will this be hard? Probably. Is anything that Beachbody makes easy? No. Is it worth it, even though it's hard? Of course!!
The supplements vary from single dose packets that you mix up or even season your food with, to a dropper bottle, to capsule pills. This is a 3 phase system, so you change up your routine every week. The supplements are called Alkalinize, Oxygenize, Mineralize, Detox, Revitalize, and Optimize. They were collected and sourced by the two creators of Shakeology, Darin Olien and Isabelle Daikeler. You should NOT workout intensely for the 21 days of the cleanse, except for stretching and light yoga. Actually perhaps Tai Cheng would be an interesting partner with the reset if you are looking for a DVD.
