When I first committed to P90X, I had no idea how REAL and dramatic the results on my body would be. After 90 days, I had a new sense of confidence and realized that my decision to prioritize my health and fitness would become a lifelong commitment.
Every month, I run fitness accountability groups on Facebook for FIVE people. If you want to join, you have to do your part: commit to 30 straight days of working out with a Beachbody DVD program and follow "Dan's Diet Rules." Contact me if you want to inquire about participating!

Next, make a list of 2 or 3 goals you want to accomplish in 30 days. Then think about what these goals will look like if you keep it up for 90 days. (a goal weight? loss of inches? fit into a pair of clothing? achieve a number of pushups/pullups? improve performance in a race?)
Then, think about what you LIKE to do when you workout. Cardiophile? Love to lift? Mixed Martial Arts? Can only workout if you are dancing? Love ab work? And how much time a day can you dedicate to working out (at least 25 minutes, to as long as 90 minutes).
